Personal training sessions include personalized workout programs created to fit your unique goals.

All Get Shaped Fitness Personal training sessions offer a wide variety of resistance training techniques to improve muscular strength and endurance. The training provided work to elevate your metabolism and increase lean muscle mass.

We also assist with nutritional planning. We use diet diaries to target unhealthy eating patterns. By monitoring your food intake, we can suggest healthy alternatives based on your desired goals.

Our personal training packages include:

·         One-on-one sessions: choice of 30 min sessions and 60 min sessions

·         Partnered sessions:  60 min sessions

·         Small group (3-5 people) sessions:  60 min sessions
with personalized small group training, you    receive the individual attention you need while getting extra support and encouragement. There is no more than three people in a group for each 60-minute session.
